Potato and ginger soup

Ingredients (4-6 diners)
1/2 kg peeled potatoes
1/2 kg sweet potatoes
1 leek \ arum, chopped
3 cubes Dorot crushed ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation 
1. Fry leek in 1 tbsp oil, add potatoes and sweet potatoes, add water to cover.
2. Add salt, pepper and sugar and cook until potatoes are soft.
3. Process in food processor until pureed and add ginger.
