Spicy potatoes


5 medium size potatoes, peeled and cooked 

3 cubes Dorot chopped parsley 

1-3 cubes Dorot crushed garlic 

1 medium onion, sliced  

1 tbsp sweet paprika  

1 tbsp soup powder 

2 tbsp oil 



Mix oil, paprika, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Cut cooked potatoes into cubes and add them to the sauce. Add onion. Transfer the mixture into a fire resistant saucepan and place in oven at medium heat for half an hour. The potatoes are ready when they are soft and have turned brown-red.
