Grilled chicken thighs

Grilled chicken thighs with yams, garlic and coriander

Ingredients (2 servings) 

2 chicken thighs 

2 tbsp olive oil 

6 cubes of Dorot crushed garlic 

4 cubes of Dorot chopped coriander 

2 large yams, peeled and cut in four 

Salt & pepper 

 

Preparation 

  • Heat oven to 180 °C. 
  • In bowl, mix all ingredients. 
  • Put chicken and yams in pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. 
  • Remove aluminum foil and bake for 15 more minutes. 
  • Arrange on plate and serve.
