Ginger fruit dip

Adds a special spark to any fruit… 



2 cups sour cream 

2 tbsp brown sugar 

2 tbsp syrup from preserved peaches or apricots can (fruit may be added too) 

2-3 cubes Dorot crushed ginger 



Mix all ingredients, cover and put in refrigerator for at least one hour. 

Serve in center of sliced fruit platter.
