Chicken Kebab

Ingredients for 4 diners (3 skewers per person): 

350-500g minced chicken 

60g minced chicken fat 

1 chopped and fried medium sized onion 

1 cube Dorot crushed ginger 

1 cube Dorot chopped coriander (cilantro) 

1 cube Dorot chopped parsley 

1 cube Dorot chopped dill 

6 cubes Dorot crushed garlic 

1 tbsp soup powder 

Thyme, rosemary, ground black pepper 

6 wet wooden skewers 



Combine all ingredients and knead until a smooth dough is created. Put in fridge for about 30 minutes. 


Ingredients for onion and ginger sauce (for the skewers to rest upon) 

4 chopped onions 

3 cubes Dorot crushed ginger 

1 tbsp honey 

2 tbsp quince jam 

100 gr butter flavored margarine 

1/2 cup red wine 



Fry onion and ginger in margarine until browned, add honey and wine and reduce until dense. 

Grill skewered meat. 

Place 2 skewers in an 'X' form on a plate with sauce, garnish with thyme and rosemary leaves and serve.
